Training:

Scheduled Training to a maximum of 6 hours (2 sessions of 3 hours OR 3 Sessions of 2 hours OR 6 Sessions of 1 hour) will be done at no extra cost during implementation. (Any further Scheduled Training shall be charged at Kshs. 1,000/= per person per hour)

Implementation:
Implementation including data cleaning and training should take a maximum of 5 working days, if no changes on the system are requested.

Free site visits, online and Call Centre assistance for the first 365 days. Other subsequent Site Visits within Nairobi Metropolitan Area, shall be charged as follows:

i. Core Metro: Kshs. 2,000/= (City ofNairobi)

ii.Northern Metro: Kshs. 3,000/= (Kiambu, Limuru, Ruiru, Thika, and Karuri, Kikuyu)

iii. Southern Metro: Kshs. 4,000/= (Kajiado, Olkejuado)

iv. Eastern Metro: Kshs. 4,000/= (Kangundo, Tala, Machakos, Mavoko, Masaku)

Site Visits outside Nairobi are charged separately.

Software Upgrades:

Software Upgrades requested by client are provided free of charge during the first 365 days.

Subsequent Upgrades are charged separately
